Thank you Eliza for this wonderful recipe. I think it looks much better than all the ones that are drowned in bar-b-que sauce. Hope all your family is well. Can’t wait to try this. I love my crockpot and a couple years ago was given one that was twice the size of the one I had previously used. Now think I need one of the newer ones. It’s a great cooking partner.
