Deep breathing helps me when I feel frazzled. I am taking chair yoga twice a week and learning to breath is an important part of our sessions.
My old bones are a bit stiff but it’s worth the effort.

In reply to Donna. Donna, great question! Because they're processed in a canning bath, the jars can be stored in your pantry just like a jar of store-bought jam. Once you open the jar of preserves, reseal it tightly and store in the refrigerator. My family loves the fresh peach flavor of this jam, and I hope you do, too! ~Eliza

I’ll be making these preserves today. I’m a little confused regarding the storage of the preserves. It states to store the jam jars in a cool, dark place. Are you saying these don’t need refrigeration?
