I was listening to Mel Robbins’ podcast<\/a> recently, and she spoke about her good habit of not leaving dirty pans to soak overnight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s one of those simple ideas that makes such a difference, right? Because who wants to start a new day with a dirty pot full of grody water? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been guilty of doing this this countless times! (The elves never<\/em> come and scrub that pot for me!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mel says, “A great morning begins the night before.” I feel this, in the same way that I always feel happy when the aroma of just-brewed coffee greets me each morning from the automatic coffeemaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
